The D-IV Business Information Systems (BIS) Study Program is one of the study programs in the Department of Information Technology, which is the result of upgrading from the DIII Management Informatics program. The D-IV BIS program is designed to produce graduates with a Bachelor of Applied Science in the field of Information Systems who have the ability to solve business problems by utilizing technology. The D-IV BIS program is an applied study program that integrates information technology to produce products or business solutions that can be implemented in the creative industry. Graduates are equipped with fundamental capabilities in both technological and business aspects.
The competency of DIV SIB study program graduates is to have managerial skills in the field of business information systems, develop software in the business field, carry out analysis of business needs, have a technopreneur character and have competitive advantages with professional ethics.
After completing DIV level education in Business Information Systems, the positions (Job Roles) that graduates can occupy are: Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Technopreneurship
